Donations:

All Donations given to James Cerebral Palsy Foundation through our website or by U.S. mail, using cash, check, money order, cashiers check, or while in person using our square card reader are tax deducible. If you donate through our website you will receive a customized email receipt which you can use for your taxes. If you donate in person you can request a receipt on the spot for your taxes which will be granted. Please be aware that we charge a 3.1% fee for all digital transactions due to the fact that the financial institutions we use to process our payments charges us a 3.1% transaction fee. We do not charge a fee for check, money order, cashiers check or cash donations. James Cerebral Palsy Foundation Employer Identification Number EIN is 87-4583865.

You can request a paper receipt for any and all donations at anytime by sending an email to donations@jamescpf.org, by fax at 619-663-3079 or by US mail. If by US Mail please send a written request to James Cerebral Palsy Foundation 9562 Winter Gardens Blvd Ste D # 328 Lakeside CA 92040. Please include your full name, return mailing address and amount of your donation,. and once we confirm the donation is legitimate we will mail you a physical receipt to the address you provided. PLEASE NOTE: You can expect a physical receipt within 7 to 10 business days. depending which providence/region you reside.

Termination:

James Cerebral Palsy Foundation Executive Team and Staff may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. You have the right to appeal any decision of termination. You can appeal a termination decision by Clicking Here to email our Executive Team. Any decision reached favorable or unfavorably cannot be appealed again for a minimum of 60 working days. The time period for any termination of use of this website is a minimum of 6 months and maximum of 1 year from the original date of termination.

If the Foundation’s Executive Team or Staff fail to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements between us regarding our Service.

James Cerebral Palsy Foundation Executive Team reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the discretion of the Executive Team. By continuing to access or use this website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
