Quincy Rhodes was born on December 13, 1979, to the union of the late Bill Rhodes, Jr., and Mattieline Waller. He is the fifth child out of six when his mother remarried Scottie Waller. Growing up in Madison, Ga, Quincy was active in church and community even helping with setup of the Morgan County African American Museum where later he would be part of the Board of Directors helping secure grants for upkeep of the entire museum. Quincy Rhodes attended Greene County School System where he was active on the Football team and Track and Field, Beta Club, Interact, and Debate Team. Already seen as a leader in his school in middle school and community, Quincy at the age of nine was licensed for ministry and ordained at the age of nineteen. After graduating high school, Quincy would leave Madison, Ga and go to Fort Valley State University where he was a Mass Communications Major and played football for the SIAC Champs Fort Valley State Wildcats. Quincy was instrumental while at Fort Valley State helping discover the African American World Studies Institute, the John W. Davidson Lecture Series, and many other accomplishments including being an Ambassador of the University to Ghana Africa in Accra where he had the privilege of painting one of the schools and even spending time with elders.

After graduation from college, Quincy tried his hands in retail, food and service industry as an Assistant Manager at Wendy’s to even being the number one salesperson for Rick Hendrick Buick GMC where he met his wife for 8 years Tiffany Smith where they have three children Jeremiah Smith, Isaiah Hebert, and Ezekiel Rhodes. Quincy would leave the car industry and get back into education which he worked with sixth, seventh, and eighth grade special needs department. Quincy continued to educate our future leaders until he got his marching orders to join the United States Navy in 2019. For five years, Quincy continued to serve communities while in Uniform assisting with the Rock Church Food Drive during Covid and was promoted twice reaching Second Class Petty Officer as an Operation Specialist before injury would cause Quincy to be medically retired. Since then, Quincy has been continually active in his Financial Education and Literacy Businesses where he puts strategic plans in place for clients, Travel Business, Life Coaching Business, and of course His ministry. Quincy and his family currently reside in Murrieta, California. On December 1st 2025 Quiency joined the James Cerebral Palsy Foundation Board of Directors as the senior financial consultant
