My name is Vincent and I am a Volunteer of JCPF as well as a client. I have been learning self advocacy skills with the assistance of James and the JCPF Volunteers. I enjoy assisting people with special needs and my desire is to develope my advocacy skills, so that I can assist more people throughout my life.

My name is Rochelle “Shelley” Vincent, and I came to the James Cerebral Palsy Foundation (JCPF) as I needed help with my food stamps, SSI Benefits and a car insurance incident. I’m a volunteer because of how the JCPF Leadership Team helped me by advocating for me and helping me realize that I have the capability to advocate for myself, and I see the benefits that James and his team have done for the community, and I support the James Cerebral Palsy Foundation and the mission and vision of the organization.
