WHAT DOES JAMES DO AS AN INDEPENDENT FACILITATOR
Our CEO and Founder James, job as an Independent Facilitator is to assist San Diego Regional Center Clients enroll in the Self Determination Program or better known as SDP for short.
James Cerebral Palsy Foundation is currently approved as a vendor with San Diego Regional Center and Alta Regional Center to provide Self Determination Program (SDP) Services.
WHAT SERVICES WILL JAMES PROVIDE AS AN INDEPENDENT FACILITATOR
The services James will provide are listed below.
- Helping You "The Client" build your Self Determination Support Team.
- Helping facilitate the meetings with your Support Team.
- Helping To Create a Person Centered Plan (PCP).
- Helping To Create The Spending Plan.
- Helping To Create The Budget.
- Finalizing The Enrollment Process.
- Submit Invoices For Services to Be Rendered to The Financial Management Services Agency (FMS).
